Meet the Owner

Hi, I'm Patrice Watson.

Plated by Patrice was launched by me, Patrice Watson, with the love, support, and encouragement of my family and friends. My love for cooking and entertaining is inspired by my mother, Patricia. I was in awe of how effortlessly she prepared meals daily that everyone enjoyed, and how her food brought family and friends together. Some of my best memories are being in the kitchen with my mom, reading and executing her handwritten recipes, and earning her compliments and approval when she'd sample my own dishes over the years.

I started hosting parties and family dinners at home, and loved cooking for my guests with tasty food made from my heart, and watching them enjoy every bite. My family — especially my husband and our children — encouraged me to stretch myself to cater and provide meals for others, because creating an amazing culinary experience is my love language!

My mission is to make any event or experience memorable and amazing, whether it's an intimate backyard party, meal prepping, a milestone event, or anything in between. My goal is to handle every detail and provide the best meals, cooked with intention and love. It's all about connection, celebration, bringing people together, and making your life easier.
